Documents for Application

On the application screen, under the menus Identity Information, Contact Information, TR-YÖS Information, High School Graduation Information, Documents, Exams, and Selected Programs (up to 3 programs can be selected), the documents listed below must be uploaded to the system in a scanned (PDF format, documents uploaded as photos will be considered invalid) and complete manner. Applications with missing or incorrect documents or application quota types will be considered invalid, and their applications and/or placement processes will not be processed, even if they are entitled to registration.

DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED TO THE SYSTEM FOR ONLINE APPLICATION:

• Biometric photograph
• Passport: Pages containing identity information and photograph (For those entitled to registration, the page with the valid visa will also be required during registration)
• High School Diploma and its Apostilled Turkish translation (Those without a diploma can submit a Temporary Graduation Certificate. For those whose high school diplomas do not show the numerical equivalents of letter grades, a document showing the numerical equivalents of the letter grades must be submitted)
• High School Transcript and its Apostilled Turkish translation
• Valid exam results and certificates showing sufficient minimum scores for application (For those whose exam results do not show the numerical equivalents of letter grades, a document showing the numerical equivalents of the letter grades must be submitted)
• Relevant identity information confirming the type of application
• For dual nationals, one of whose nationalities is Turkish, a document proving that their first nationality is not Turkish (An up-to-date population registration sample must be uploaded to the system by the application deadline)
• For Turkish citizens who completed their high school education in a foreign country (excluding TRNC), an entry-exit document to/from Turkey (can be obtained with an E-Government password from the turkiye.gov.tr address)
• For those who lost Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission to renounce Turkish citizenship but are not holders of a blue card, a document showing they renounced Turkish citizenship
• Equivalency Certificate
• TÖMER Certificate (Only certificates obtained from Yunus Emre Institute)
