Tuition Fees

The Tuition Fees/Contribution Fees have been prepared in accordance with the decision titled "Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Collected as Student Contributions to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions for the 2024-2025 Academic Year," published in the Official Gazette dated July 2, 2024, and numbered 32590.

Students enrolled through the Foreign Student Quota are required to pay the first installment of the tuition fee. Foreign students who are required to pay tuition/contribution fees and do not pay these fees by the dates specified in the academic calendar for the fall/spring semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year cannot register for courses, attend classes and exams, or benefit from student rights. Tuition and contribution fees are non-refundable for students who cancel their registration at their own request.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

According to the second paragraph of Article 3 of the Presidential Decree on "Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Collected as Student Contributions to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions for the 2024-2025 Academic Year" published in the Official Gazette dated July 2, 2024, and numbered 32590, a 25% discount will be applied to the tuition fees determined for the programs enrolled by foreign students who will register in the international student quota of our university and whose family or themselves have obtained a residence permit in Turkey, provided that more than one student from the same family continues their education.

STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

According to Article 1/5 of the Presidential Decree on "Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Collected as Student Contributions to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions for the 2024-2025 Academic Year" published in the Official Gazette dated July 2, 2024, and numbered 32590, students who submit a report indicating that they are disabled according to the Law No. 5378 on Disabled People dated July 1, 2005, and the Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults published in the Official Gazette dated February 20, 2019, and numbered 30692, to the relevant higher education institution during registration or renewal of registration in higher education programs, will receive a discount on the tuition fee they are required to pay, according to the degree of disability, without any limitation on the program duration or the number of programs enrolled. No contribution fee will be charged to students who are enrolled in or newly registered for first and open education programs within the scope of this paragraph, regardless of program duration and number of programs enrolled. Students who are disabled but cannot present a report indicating their disability during registration or renewal of registration for the 2024-2025 Academic Year will receive a refund of the discounted tuition amount or the contribution fee from the refund and rejection items of the tuition fees paid for that academic year, upon submission of the relevant document at a later date.
