* The fees in this table are annual and will be collected in two installments in the fall and spring semesters.

1. The specified amounts are in TL.
2. Contribution/Tuition Fees have been prepared in accordance with the "Decision Regarding the Determination of Tuition Fees and Contributions to be Taken as Student Contribution to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2023-2024 Academic Year" published in the Official Gazette dated 15 July 2023 and numbered 32249.
3. Students registered with the Foreign Student Quota are obliged to pay the first installment of the tuition fee. In case of deregistration, the tuition fee is not refunded.
4. it is included in the table of contribution / tuition fees determined by the Board of Directors according to the Decision published in the Official Gazette for the previous year, Fall Semester tuition fees/tuition fees are collected. Positive or negative differences that will occur due to the changes to be made by the competent authorities in the Decision to be announced or due to the amount of contribution / tuition to be determined by the Board of Directors, will be taken together with the contribution / tuition fee in the following Spring Semester.
5. 's Decision Regarding the Determination of Tuition Fees and Contributions to be Taken as Student Contribution to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2023 - 2024 Academic Year, published in the Official Gazette dated 15 July 2023 and numbered 32249 . In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 3, among the foreign students who will register to our University from the International student admission quotas, and those whose families and themselves have obtained a residence permit in Turkey; If more than one student from the same family continues their education, a 25% discount is applied to the tuition fees determined for the programs they are enrolled in.
6. DISABLED STUDENTS Principles Related to Student Contributions and Tuition Fees of the President's Decision No. 7384 dated 15.07.2023 on the determination of the tuition fees and the tuition fees to be taken as student contribution to the current service costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2023-2024 academic year. According to the article, "At the time of enrolling or re-registering higher education programs , the report stating that he/she is disabled pursuant to the Law on Disabled Persons dated 1/7/2005 and numbered 5378 and the Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults published in the Official Gazette dated 20/2/2019 and numbered 30692. The tuition fees to be paid by the students who offer to higher education institutions are discounted as much as the disability rate without limiting the duration of the program and the number of programs registered.The program duration and the number of registered programs are limited for students who continue or newly enrolled in primary education and open education programs within the scope of this paragraph. Students who are disabled, but who cannot submit a report regarding their disability at the time of registration for the 20232024 Academic Year or registration renewal, will be paid the amount of the disability rate from the tuition fees they have paid for this academic year, on the date of submitting the relevant document. The discount amount or the student contribution amount is refunded under the rejection and refunds item. According to the provisions of the provision, students who submit a report showing the disability rate are subject to a discount, equal to the disability rate, from the amount of the contribution/tuition fee to be paid.
7. I. and II. In the case of failing to pay the tuition fee for the Fall/Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, they cannot register for the course, attend the classes and exams, and cannot benefit from their student rights.
