Submission of Admission and Registration Documents

Dear Students,

You must submit the documents you uploaded during the online application process between September 16 and September 27.

Required Documents for Registration:

  1. Original high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate along with a notarized or Turkish Foreign Representation-approved Turkish translation.
  2. Official transcript (showing courses, grades, and GPA) approved by the high school administration, along with a notarized or Turkish Foreign Representation-approved Turkish translation.
  3. Printed exam result certificate used in the application process (must include a verification code; otherwise, it will not be considered valid).
  4. Passport with a visa, including pages displaying identity details and validity period, along with a notarized or Turkish Foreign Representation-approved Turkish translation.
  5. If applicable, a notarized or Turkish Foreign Representation-approved copy of an internationally recognized Foreign Language Certificate and Turkish Proficiency Certificate.
  6. Two passport-sized photographs (4.5x6.0 cm) taken within the last six months, from the front, and clearly identifying the applicant.
  7. Bank receipt proving the tuition fee payment to the designated bank.
  8. For applicants born as foreign nationals but later acquired Turkish citizenship (dual nationals): Certified Population Registry Copy (Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği).

Important Notes:

  • Applicants who submit falsified, fraudulent, incomplete, or incorrect documents will have their admission canceled, even if they have already completed registration.
  • Applications will not be accepted from individuals who:
    • Have been expelled from a higher education institution in Türkiye due to disciplinary actions.
    • Have been found guilty of cheating in previous ÖSYM or international exams.
    • Have engaged in actions or ideologies against the Republic of Türkiye or have been stripped of Turkish citizenship as a legal sanction. Even if these applicants are placed in a program, their admission will not be recognized.
