International Student Coordinatorship

Adıyaman University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Keleş met with international students at an event held at Mustafa V. Koç Conference Hall. The program was attended by the university's academic and administrative staff, as well as international students.

The event began with a presentation by Dr. Ahmet Cihan Bulundu, Director of the Adıyaman University Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center (TÖMER). Dr. Bulundu provided insights into TÖMER’s efforts in Turkish language education and cultural integration. Following this, Dr. Muhammed Karakuş, Coordinator of the International Student Office, delivered a presentation on the office’s activities, offering detailed information about the academic, cultural, and social support services available to international students.

In the next part of the program, Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Keleş addressed the students. Emphasizing the university’s internationalization vision, he stated:

"You are our valued students who have chosen to come from different cultures to study here. We are a big family, and you are important members of this family. Different cultures and traditions enrich our world. You are entrusted to us by your families, and it is our duty to find solutions to any issues you may face. We will continue to support you not only in academic success but also in cultural adaptation and social development."

The event concluded with a Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to share their questions and concerns.
